Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

• Free in-store pick-up is available year-round for all orders placed online.

• Orders may be picked up in The University of Mobile Store during normal business hours. Your order will be ready for pick-up by the end of the following business day and confirmed with a pick-up confirmation email. Please call the store if you need the order to be ready before the end of the next business day.

• Any order not picked up within 60 days of receiving your order pick-up confirmation email will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued. If you are unable to make it to the store during business hours, please call The University of Mobile Store to set up another pickup option or consider using our shipping option.

• The University of Mobile Store ships all packages via USPS.

• Unfortunately, we are only able to ship within the United States at this time.

• Any orders placed to be shipped to on-campus addresses will be delivered to the campus mailroom.
